Where We Help

Open Doors is the world's largest outreach to persecuted Christians.
Open Doors co-workers operate in over 45 countries, including many of the most high-risk places for Christians on earth, where the Gospel costs the most, ranging from China and North Africa, to South East Asia and the Middle East.
Projects are extensive and they seek to support Christians where the Church is most under threa and Christians are forced to live as 'Secret Believers';
- IRAQ - Tens of thousands of books have been distributed, including many Bibles and children's Bibles specially designed by Open Doors
- COLOMBIA - Open Doors supports the Agape Vision Home for children sheltering from rebels and paramilitaries. Children receive education, counselling, vocational training and most importantly...a safe haven
- NIGERIA - Open Doors hosts a women's retreat for persecuted Christians, such as Jemina who was attacked and raped by Islamic extremists, where they can receive spiritial, physical and emotional healing
- INDIA - Open Doors co-workers hold Standing Strong Through the Storm sminars to offer practical advice to people facing hositility because of their faith.
Due to security concerns, some details of Open Doors' work cannot be publicised because of the danger it would place believers in.
