Open Doors’ Great Wall of China Challenge
Supporters raise over £6000 to support persecuted Christians.
A big thank-you to the following supporters who recently trekked the Great Wall of China in aid of Open Doors.

They were part of a group of 24 walking for five days along remote sections of the Great Wall and camping in local villages. The group spent 7 days immersed in Chinese culture and trying new things – from learning phrases in Mandarin from our Chinese guide to experiencing the camp ‘toilet tent.’
The Open Doors group have already raised over £6000 as well as raising awareness of Christian persecution by asking for sponsorship, holding coffee mornings and organising events in their home churches. The money raised will be used directly to provide resources and training for persecuted Christians worldwide, including in China.
Everyone had a wonderful experience and many new friendships were formed.
