The constitution provides for freedom of religion but the government limits this right. Most Christians come from other countries and are free to gather informally for worship. Four denominations are registered and have compounds where they can gather, but these are too small for the number of people who meet there. There are only a few hundred Kuwaiti believers and evangelism directed towards Muslims is strictly forbidden.

• Praise God that an independent bookstore chain has been licensed to import Bibles.
• Legally, a non-Muslim may not marry a Muslim. Pray that Kuwaiti Christians would be able to find suitable marriage partners.
• Pray for the churches that serve foreign workers, that they would be an effective witness.
