Team Administrator, Belfast
3 days pw (Tues-Thurs)
£20-22K pa, pro rata
Do you want to use your professional skills where your work will make a real difference?
Would you like to work in a small, friendly Belfast team as part of a global charity?
Open Doors is a Christian charity looking to meet the growing needs of the persecuted church worldwide. Hostility, violence and abuse of Christians around the globe is on the increase. Open Doors works in over 60 countries to ensure that those facing such persecution are not forgotten but can stand strong in their faith and serve their communities.
We are seeking a team administrator to ensure the effective operation of the office. As one of the first points of contact for our supporters and volunteers, you’ll be warm, welcoming and professional in your approach. You’ll be well organised, confident to manage money, able to use good judgment, and adaptable in working with the team to make things run smoothly. You’ll be calm, reliable and also flexible in adapting as new projects and initiatives needing administrative support take shape.
As a Christian*, you will be using your professional skills, with a team of colleagues and volunteers who will inspire you. You will be in a positive working environment, given personal development opportunities and be part of something amazing that supports the persecuted church and makes a difference in this world.
