Wales Church Relationship Manager
Salary: £24,000 to £28,000
Open Doors is a dynamic and growing international Christian charity that serves the needs of the persecuted church – needs that are growing every day. Research for the Open Doors 2019 World Watch List shows that persecution against Christians is increasing, with believers in many countries experiencing violence, hostility and abuse for their faith.
Open Doors is looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Christian* leader to lead on the development of Open Doors partnership with churches across Wales. We are looking for a leader who will strengthen Christians in the suffering church through mobilising churches and Christians across Wales to pray, give and speak out on their behalf. This role represents a strategic opportunity to influence and advocate on behalf of persecuted Christians around the world.
We are looking for a leader who is able to both bridge and build relationships with the church in Wales in order to raise awareness and engagement with the persecuted church globally. We are looking for a leader who is able to communicate and inspire, build teams with our volunteers and develop and deliver a strategy for engagement and influence.
You will have the opportunity to use your God-given character and talents to contribute to the work of Open Doors and to work with integrity and with purpose. You will work with some inspirational people and there are plenty of opportunities to develop your career.
