We’re looking for an experienced administrator to join our people team. 2020 promises to be another exciting year for us! Open Doors has an ever-growing friendly professional team and we’re kept busy as we support managers and employees alike. As our people administrator you’ll be at the hub of our team, managing the administration for recruitment, changes, benefits, learning and development, induction and the rest!

You’ll be adept at switching between tasks and relish the challenge of improving our processes to provide a robust and effective service for the organisation. You’ll have strong IT skills and be able to quickly master our HR database, using it to maximum effect. As you’ll be constantly liaising with people, you’ll have good communication skills, and resilience and emotional intelligence will be a big part of who you are.

There will be the opportunity for you to be working with a wide variety of HR/people situations as this is a ‘generalist’ administration role. You’ll be keen to contribute to new ideas whilst always ensuring that the basics of data protection, accuracy, confidentiality and quality of service are maintained.
