Open Doors is a Christian charity, part of Open Doors International, a global NGO network which works in over 60 countries to support and strengthen persecuted Christians. Last year the UK base raised approximately £12 million to provide practical support to persecuted Christians such as food, medicines, trauma care, legal assistance, safe houses and schools, as well as spiritual support through Christian literature, training and resources.

Open Doors is in a season of growth as we invest even more into our website, digital strategy and marketing campaigns. We want the UK church to grow with us, to see the opportunity to stand against persecution globally.

Due to internal promotion we are seeking an experienced Campaigns Manager to be a vital part of our strong marketing team. The team have achieved tremendous success over the past year, seeing growth and fantastic ROIs.

You will have the vision to take our campaigns forward for 2019 and beyond, widening our audience as you use your innovation and creative talents to propose fresh ideas and translate these into tangible results.

This will include producing integrated campaign briefs, liaising with in-house designers and copywriters as well as external agencies. Working alongside others in the marketing department to develop and improve the way in which the organisation delivers campaigns.
