We are seeking a new Contracts & Office Manager…

Open Doors is a dynamic and growing international Christian charity that serves the needs of the persecuted church. Research for the Open Doors World Watch List 2018 shows that persecution is rapidly increasing across the world with Christians experiencing violence, hostility and abuse for their faith. Open Doors enables holistic support for Christians through people and projects in over 60 countries.

Our talented and committed team here in the UK is expanding and we want to appoint an active, practising Christian* as our Contracts and Office Manager to support and grow our ministry.

Contracts & Procurement

We are looking for someone with previous experience of drafting and negotiating contracts, and working with third parties to ensure excellence in provision of services, suppliers and contractors. Your experience could be in a health service, education, or public sector environment perhaps. You’ll be working in close consultation with managers so you’ll be excellent at communicating and ensuring that key contractual terms are in place. You’ll have knowledge of health and safety and data protection legislation, compliance, and business administration.
