£9,905 – £11,652 pa pro-rata (£24,763 – £29,131 pa FTE)

Do you have experience of managing individuals/volunteers/teams with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop people’s skills?
Do you have excellent communication skills, with proven public speaking experience?
Open Doors is a Christian charity that is looking to recruit active, practicing Christians to give, act and, pray on behalf of persecuted Christians worldwide. Every day, millions of Christians risk their lives to follow Jesus. In more than 70 countries, Open Doors supports them by supplying Bibles, providing emergency relief and helping persecuted believers stand strong for the long-term.
We are looking for a committed Christian* to manage and the volunteer speakers’ channel within Open Doors UK & Ireland. This role will ensure we are excellently investing in and serving all our Volunteer Speakers in their representation of our core vision and values, in serving and strengthening the persecuted church.
You will have the opportunity to use your God-given character and talents to contribute to the work of Open Doors and to work with integrity and with purpose.
