In many countries, Christians are often the last in line when official Covid-19 aid is distributed. Open Doors partners are doing all they can to reach vulnerable believers with food and aid, but we also need to ensure those in power are aware of this issue in order to bring change systemically too.
“We received a cry for help from a family of five,” says Heena*, an Open Doors partner in India. “The police have been threatening them a lot because they are Christians and do ministry. Now everyone in their village received relief aid, except for the Christian families. These are just some examples out of many.”
