Support courageous believers facing violent persecution in India

Meena and Sunita* are sisters from a Hindu background – they’re pictured in the banner above. When they decided to follow Jesus, they were violently attacked by Hindu extremists from their village – Sunita was beaten unconscious. The prayers and support of people like you enabled Open Doors partners to pay for their medical bills and provide them with vital aid.

But there are many others who need our support - hundreds of our brothers and sisters in India have been violently attacked for their faith just this year.

*Names changed to protect their identity.

Will you give and pray today to help them not only survive, but stand strong?

  • Every £24 (€32) can fund a day's training for two pastors, enabling them to provide effective leadership in the face of persecution.
  • Every £36 (€49) can equip a rapid response team of local volunteers for three weeks. This team will help provide food, medical care and legal aid for victims of persecution.
  • Every £97 (€131) could fund a family of five to attend one day of a retreat to empower them to remain strong and respond to persecution as a family.

God's Smuggler

Your free copy of God's Smuggler

As we celebrate 60 years of serving the persecuted church, we'd like to send you a free copy of God's Smuggler, Brother Andrew's best-selling book. We hope it will inspire you as you say 'Yes' to God - just as Brother Andrew did when he followed God's call to meet with persecuted Christians in 1955. And if you already have one, why not pray about who you could give it to for their encouragement?

*Any excess funds will help to strengthen persecuted Christians where the need is greatest.
**I understand this will be used to support my brothers and sisters where the need is greatest.
