Together, with God's help we can reach secret believers with the support they urgently need

In the fire of the greatest turmoil and persecution the world has ever seen, people are asking: 'Will the church in the Middle East survive?' What they don't see is that more Muslims are turning to Christianity than ever before.

Often they are isolated and under intense pressure – and we have seen that as many as eight in ten new believers will fall away from faith if we do not reach them within six months.

God has given Open Doors a vision to see a flourishing church of Muslim-background believers in every Islamic nation. Our grass-roots studies and experience show that if new Muslim-background believers don’t receive support within six months of coming to faith, there is an 80 per cent chance they will return to Islam.

The good news is that we can give these new believers the support they need to stand strong in their faith by offering them discipleship and leadership training and materials. We have the networks, the people willing to risk their freedom – sometimes their lives – to draw alongside others. And you can help.

Will you consider a special anniversary gift of £60? It could provide four muslim background believers with a Bible and the discipleship training they need to remain strong in their faith.

God's Smuggler

Your free copy of God's Smuggler

To celebrate our 60th anniversary year, we'd like to send you a free copy of God's Smuggler, Brother Andrew's best-selling book. We hope it will inspire you as you say 'Yes' to God - just as Brother Andrew did when he followed God's call to meet with persecuted Christians in 1955. And if you already have one, why not pray about who you could give it to for their encouragement?
