£22,038 – £25,923 pro-rata pa (£36,729 – £43,205 FTE pa)
Home-based with up to 24 days per annum at the Witney office.

Open Doors is a Christian charity that is looking to recruit active, practicing Christians to stand in the GAP (give, act, pray) on behalf of persecuted Christians worldwide. Every day, millions of Christians risk their lives to follow Jesus. In more than 70 countries, Open Doors supports them by supplying Bibles, providing emergency relief and helping persecuted believers stand strong for the long-term.
As our Women’s Strategy & Diaspora Relationships Lead, you will play a key role in developing Open Doors’ engagement with women and diaspora communities across the UK & Ireland. You will lead strategies that build awareness, deepen relationships and create new opportunities for people to pray, advocate, give and stand with persecuted Christians. Through your understanding of audiences and networks, you will identify opportunities to grow Open Doors’ influence and develop meaningful, long-term partnerships.
You will build and manage relationships with women’s ministries, organisations, churches, community leaders, influencers and diaspora networks, creating opportunities for collaboration and engagement. Working with colleagues across Open Doors, you will help develop relevant campaigns, content, events and resources that connect audiences with the stories of persecuted Christians. You will also represent Open Doors externally, speaking at churches, conferences and events and using your public voice to communicate the realities of persecution with credibility, compassion and conviction.
This is a strategic and highly relational role for someone who is confident working independently, able to pioneer new opportunities and comfortable influencing a wide range of people and organisations. You will have the opportunity to shape new areas of ministry, evaluate their impact and develop them over time, while working closely with colleagues across Open Doors and our international teams. The role involves extensive travel across the UK & Ireland, as well as opportunities for international travel with strategic church and network leaders.
