Christmas messages from around the world
Children around the world want to share their messages of thanks and joy with you. Listen in!

Christmas is approaching fast, and lots of children cannot wait for the day. The festive season means family, fun, presents and so much more – above all, it means the most precious gift of all: Jesus, a Saviour.
And yet, the holiday also brings with it many challenges. For lots of Christians, it can mean feeling like you are the only one celebrating, the fear of being discovered or having family taken away and celebrations done in total secrecy. It is a vulnerable time for our brothers and sisters.
But the joy that Jesus brings is defiant, as shown by the following messages to Open Doors supporters like you.
Rumana*, Moryom* and other children share their joy and delight from a Christmas party put on for vulnerable Christian children in Bangladesh.
Children in Central African Republic (CAR) sing a song about Christmas joy.
A Christian girl sings Silent Night from a chapel in the Shepherds’ Fields in Bethlehem.
Preeti* in India shares her hope for Christmas – as well as the impact your prayers are having on her family.
We say with our brothers and sisters: thank you for all your support and have a blessed Christmas!
