To ensure our collaboration runs smoothly and meets all necessary guidelines, we’ve prepared the following agreement. It outlines how we’ll work together, what’s expected from both sides, and how we’ll protect everyone involved whilst staying compliant with UK regulations.

By downloading, using, or sharing any assets, materials, or content provided by Open Doors UK as part of this collaboration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this Influencer Agreement. Your use of our materials constitutes full acceptance of these terms, including all disclosure obligations, content guidelines, and compliance requirements outlined below.

Influencer Agreement (Charity Collaboration / Non-Paid)

Charity: Open Doors with Brother Andrew, a charity registered in England and Wales with its office at Telfer House, Range Road, Witney OX29 0YN. Charity Number 1125684. (Open Doors

1. Purpose

The Influencer agrees to voluntarily promote the Charity’s activities, campaigns, or events via their social media platforms.

2. Nature of Relationship

This is a non-paid collaboration. The Influencer may receive non-monetary benefits (e.g., event access, recognition, merchandise). Both parties acknowledge that a material connection exists and agree to comply with disclosure regulations.

3. Content Guidelines

Posts must be truthful, respectful, and aligned with the Charity’s values. The Charity may provide key messages, but the Influencer retains creative control.

4. Disclosure Obligations

The Influencer must clearly disclose the relationship using labels such as #ad, #gifted, or Paid Partnership, as appropriate. Disclosures must be prominent and upfront in all relevant posts.

5. Intellectual Property

The Charity may reuse the Influencer’s content for promotional purposes, with credit. The Influencer retains ownership of their original content.

Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Any personal data shared under this agreement shall be processed solely for the purposes of this collaboration and handled securely and lawfully.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 0 days’ notice. Upon termination, both parties agree to remove or archive promotional content if requested.
